This is a very simple and versatile meditation tool.
The first five minutes of the tone sounds the base chakra (and Yesod) frequency of 49 Hz. Although it is
inaudible it still serves to tune the base chakra, and at the same time, it provides an interval of silence
useful for establishing a cycle of deep breathing, and entering a restful, meditative state.
After the first five minutes the tone changes to the sacral chakra (and Netzah) frequency of 98 Hz for a
further five minutes.
Then it changes again, and again, until all the seven major chakras/sefirot frequencies have been
sounded. The final frequency is that of the crown chakra (and Da’at).
Thus the sequence is from the lowest to the highest chakra…

Heart/Tifaret – 196 Hz – 5 mins

If you are a practical kabbalist it is useful to visualize (i.e. during each tone) the seven Hebrew Double
letters in their associated sefirotic positions around your body.

Hesed – Gimel
Da’at – Bayt
